Fun with Elka

Sick Day Buddy
When you are home sick your dog can have the power to cheer you up.

Spay Day
~ January 29, 2016 ~

Our Japanese veterinarian....
We have an on base vet hospital, but they are very busy and had a very long waiting list for elective surgeries.  Spays are an elective surgery, so we got our first experience at a vet office in Japan.  I was pretty nervous, I have very high expectations being a vets daughter.
The vet was very nice, spoke English pretty well, and you don't make appointments to see him.  Crazy right?

Cone of shame...

The bill and the pain meds...
When things are in Japanese it is so much fun you don't really think about how expensive it is;)

Sleepover PLEASE!

Ashton and Elka asking for a sleepover...

Seaside Playtime

First time at the Japanese dog park.
She met her first Japanese speaking mini German Schnauzer. The language barrier was not a problem and they quickly became best friends.

Cuddle time

Lazy days of winter.
